Ingredients for 2 smoothies:
- some broccoli florets, cooked for 4 minutes (I used about 1/4th of a stem)
- a handful of spinach leaves
- juice from 4 oranges
- 1/2 cup mango chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
Optional:
- 1 scoop of Body & Fitshop Premium Superfood Mix
Blend everything to a smooth mixture and add a bit of water when it's to thick.
