What you need for 2 smoothies:
- Juice from 4 oranges
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 4 tbsp quark or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp coconut grater
- 2 scoops of Superfruit mix from Body & Fitshop
Put everything in a blender and blend it to a smooth drink! When it's too thick, add some water and blend again!
