Hotspot: The Bakery Institute

At The Bakery Institute you can do several workshops and more professional educations on working in a bakery. But they also have a shop where you can buy bread they baked there, lovelies pies and pastries. We brought home a sour dough olive bread to have with our soup, it was delicious. My mom in law always goes there for her sour dough bread since she found out about the place, so it's definitely a recommendation if you're tired of supermarket bread. It pretty affordable too.
