Recipe: Red power smoothie

Happy monday! To start the week right, I'll share a new smoothie recipe with you. We had this smoothie after an early morning bootcamp session in wet grass and mud. So we really could use a vitamin bomb with extra protein.

What you need for two big glasses:
  • a handful of spinach leaves
  • juice from 2 oranges
  • juice from 1 grape fruit
  • 1 cup of cubed pinapple
  • 1 banana 
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or skinny quark
  • 3 mint leaves
  • Hemp seeds (for topping)
Optional:
  • 1 scoop of Body & Fitshop Premium SuperFruit Mix
  • 1 scoop of Body & Fitshop  Premium Superfood Blend
What you do:
  1. Put everything, but the hemp seed, in a blender, with the spinach at the bottom and blend it until everything gets smooth.
  2. Check the thickness, if your smoothie is to thick, just add a bit of water and blend again.
  3. Put the smoothies in glasses and decorate it with the hemp seed.
