Bulldog planter make over

Remember this little dude I've bought at a thrift store? I knew I wouldn't use it as a planter, but I did have some other things in mind, so I gave him a little make over with my favorite color of spray paint!

I had to clean it first, because of all the dust he collected at the thrift store it had some stickers on it which had to be removed. When he was clean, I took my spray paints: Minty green and sea green it was. I first gave it a layer of minty green paint and set it aside to let it dry. For that little bit of extra I spray painted a little bit of a darker color as a 'mist' on it. I really like how it turned out!

Now he's on my desk right next to me holding my pens and pencils.
