Ingredients:
- 1 green apple
- 1 grapefruit
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 lime
- 1 hand of spinach
- 4 tbsp probiotic yogurt
- 1 tbsp coconut grater
- 1 tbsp almond flakes
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Clean the apple and chop it a bit smaller, get the skin of the grapefruit, lemon and lime and throw it in a blender. Add the spinach and yogurt, blend it until it's a smooth mixture.
- Put the smoothie in a bowl and top it with the coconut grater, almond flakes and chia seeds.
