What you need for 1 serving:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut grater
- 1 tbsp raspberries
- 1/3 cup of mixed berries (from the freezer)
- 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp home made granola
- Put the coconut milk in a glass jar. Add the oatmeal, chia seeds, coconut grater and raspberries and give it a good stir. Mash the raspberries a bit while you stir, so you'll get a pink mixture.
- Top this mixture with the mixed berries and put it in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top it with the Greek yogurt and the granola.
