Recipe: Carrot smoothie

Every weekend we try out a new smoothie. This time I wanted to do something with carrots, so I'll get an orange smoothie. I really liked this new flavor, so let me share you what's in this orange beauty.

What you need:

  • 1 cup of cubed carrots, cooked for 5 minutes
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • Juice from 3 oranges
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Pomegranate seeds

What you do:

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until you've got a smooth mixture. Check if you like the thickness. If it's still to thick, just add a bit of water and blend again, until you're happy with it!
  2. Put the smoothie in a glass and top it with pomegranate seeds.
