What you need:
- 1 cup of cubed carrots, cooked for 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup mango chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- Juice from 3 oranges
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Pomegranate seeds
What you do:
- Put everything in a blender and blend until you've got a smooth mixture. Check if you like the thickness. If it's still to thick, just add a bit of water and blend again, until you're happy with it!
- Put the smoothie in a glass and top it with pomegranate seeds.
