Recipe: Home made crackers

I like to eat crackers for lunch, so when I saw this recipe on the Instagram page of @natalieskeuken and on Studentenvoer, I tried it out immediately and it was delicious! I'm sharing the English recipe right here, so all the non-Dutch readers can make them too!

What you need for 8 crackers:
  • 100 gram almond flour
  • 100 gram oatmeal
  • 50 gram (broken) flax seeds
  • 40 gram grated goat cheese
  • 2 eggs
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius (360 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir everything very well with a fork.
  3. Knead everything with your hands and make a ball.
  4. Place the ball of 'dough' between two baking sheets and roll it into a thin rectangle. 
  5. Remove the upper baking sheet and cut the 'dough' to shape the crackers, you can make them any size you want.
  6. Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes and you're done!
