Recipe: Fall Berry Smoothie

It's the end of fall, in The Netherlands that means a lot of rain, cold wind and the flu. So we could use a vitamin boost, that's why we made this delicious smoothie!

What you need for two big glasses:
  • 1 banana
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 pear
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of blackberries
  • Juice from 3 oranges
  • Juice from 2 tangerines
  • 1/2 cup of pure organic Coco Juice with banana (Dr. Antonio Martins)
  • 1 scoop of Body & Fitshop Premium Superfood Blend (optional)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions:
  1. Put everything but the hemp seeds in a blender and blend until you've got a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two big glasses and top it with 1 tbsp of hemp seeds each.
