Recipe: Green smoothie #03

Lately, this has been one of our favorite smoothies. Green smoothies are a good way to eat enough vegetables on a day. It's super healthy, delicious and easy to make. We usually make 2 green smoothies a week, often after a nice workout.

What you need for two servings:
  • A handful of spinach
  • fresh pineapple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango (frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tbsp non fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened grated coconut
  • 1 cup rice/coconut oil (I used Alpro)

  • Cut all the fruit in smaller pieces, to make the blending easier.
  • Put the spinach on the bottom on the blender and push it a bit between the blades
  • Put the rest of the ingredients on top and blend it!
  • When it's too thick, just add some more rice/coconut milk
