What you need for two servings:
- A handful of spinach
- fresh pineapple
- 1 avocado
- 1 mango (frozen)
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp non fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened grated coconut
- 1 cup rice/coconut oil (I used Alpro)
Directions:
- Cut all the fruit in smaller pieces, to make the blending easier.
- Put the spinach on the bottom on the blender and push it a bit between the blades
- Put the rest of the ingredients on top and blend it!
- When it's too thick, just add some more rice/coconut milk
