Today, I would like to share my top 5 breakfasts with you!
1. Banana pancakes
Usually we have banana pancakes as a second breakfast after saturday mornings bootcamp. Sometimes I make green ones when I want something different. Click here for the recipe for regular banana pancakes and here for green banana pancakes.
2. Clean French Toast
An all time favorite of mine is French toast. When I started to eat clean(er) I came up with this healthier version with slices of spelt bread. Click here for the recipe.
3. Overnight Oats
Perfect when you have to hurry in the morning. Prepared the evening before, really nourishing and super tasty! Click here for the tropical version with mango, for the one with the berries, just replace the mango for raspberries and blueberries and the macadamias for pecans!
If you follow my Instagram, you know I'm a big oatmeal fan. I eat it almost everyday, with different kinds of toppings. There will be some recipes on my blog soon.
5. Soy yogurt
For some variation on the oats I often have soy yogurt with home made granola (recipe here!), fruit, nuts and super foods. I usually mix my soy yogurt with grated coconut, flax seeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds. Then top it with granola, fresh or frozen fruit you like and nuts, maybe some bee pollen, puffed quinoa or dried fruit. You name it!
