Monthly Review: May

It seems like the months are flying by faster now the sun is shining.. May is gone already, so it's time to share my review of this months. The books I've read, the movies I've seen and the fun stuff I did. So let's get on with it!

Books I've read:
  • P. C. Cast - Divine by Mistake (Partholon, #1)
  • Cassandra Clare - City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1)
  • Karin Slaughter - Faithless (Grant County #5) - E-book
  • Ransom Riggs and Cassandra Jean - Miss Peregrine's Home  for Peculiar Children: The Graphic Novel
  • Rainbow Rowell - Fangirl
  • Alexandra Bracken - The Darkest Minds (The Darkest Minds, #1)
If you would like to know what I thought of these books, you can go to my book blog Drink tea, read books by clicking the logo in the top right corner, or by clicking here.

Movies I've seen:
  • I, Frankenstein (2014)
  • 47 Ronin (2013)
  • Non-stop (2014)
Only 3 movies! The sun must have been out last month ;) I liked all three even though I, Frankenstein was a bit lame, it looked beautiful. Non-stop was my favorite for this month, a suspense movie. I enjoyed 47 Ronin too, because I've always been interested in Japanese culture.

Fun stuff I did:
  • My mom and dad's 30th wedding anniversary
  • The mister took me on a surprise weekend to Ghent in the beginning of may, we had an amazing time together.
  • We drank the wine we ordered after our wine tasting experience with my cousin and my friend over a lovely dinner they made.
  • My mom and dad in law's 29th wedding anniversary dinner
  • A birthday party from two friends with an awesome announcement.
  • Tapas with my gangster chickies
  • The weekend of Rolling Kitchens in Amsterdam
  • 909 Festival
