What you need: A mason jar, coconut milk, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, mango chunks, macadamia nuts, shredded coconut and some maple syrup.
What you do: Fill the mason jar halfway with the cocunut milk, add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, fill the jar with oats, untill the jar is 3/4 full, add a tablespoon of chiaseeds and a little bit of maple syrup to taste. Give it a good stir, so everything is mixed well. Fill the jar up with mango chunks (I cut them really tiny), some chopped macadamia nuts and shredded coconut, stir it through the rest of the mixture and put it in the fridge for a night or at least 2 hours. When you're ready to eat it, top the jar of with more mango, macadamia nuts and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
