This smoothie was really delicious and perfect for hot summers days. Read further if you'd like to know how to make it yourself!
What I've used for two large glasses: The juice of 2 oranges and 1 grapefruit, 2 handfuls of spinach, 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, 8 big strawberries, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 tbsp line seed and 1/2 cup of low fat quark.
Sometimes, the spinach isn't caught by the blades, shaking the blender a bit usually helps. |
