What you need:
- Canned tuna in olive oil
- a small onion
- 3 half peppers (green, yellow and red, eat the rainbow!)
- 1 tomato
- feta cheese
- roasted pine nuts
- a boiled egg
- Boil an egg (8 mins)
- Roast the pine nuts and let them cool down
- Chop the onion, peppers, tomato and feta cheese real tiny
- Put the tuna in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste
- Add the chopped veggies and cheese and gift it a good stir, until everything is well combined
- Put it on a plate and add the boiled egg
