This week we had to say goodbye to my pal Lianne at work. She's leaving us to go to the police academy, so we had a little party at work. Joyce had her birthday on saturday and on sunday I run the Dam tot Dam loop (10 miles) in 1:27:28. I'm pretty happy 'bout my time!
