Hotspot: YoghurtBarn, Utrecht

To start our Utrecht food tour, we decided to have breakfast at the YoghurtBarn. I already visited the one in Amsterdam, you can read about it here, so I knew what to expect. They gave us foodies a warm welcome. We all chose one of their specials, with a nice hot drink. When they were making our food, I had some time to shoot some photos!

The Yoghurt Barn, doesn't only sell yogurts with all kinds of delicious toppings, they also have delicious baked good, lovely special coffees, teas and juices. You can do an high-tea, pick up a picknick lunch box or take home some home made granola.

The interior is lovely, a mix between industrial and homey. You immediately feel comfortable there, so you can fully concentrate on the lovely food and drinks they serve.

I chose Merry Berry with organic curd cheese (hangop) and it was delicious!

They also gave us these savory yogurts with cucumber, olive oil, salt, pepper, mint and pistachios. Something different, but pretty tasty! Perfect to use as a dipping sauce. 

We had a great time, with lovely food. We were stuffed after eating everything. I sure want to get back there soon to try one of the other flavors! I totally recommend going there if you like a lovely healthy breakfast.
