Mini haul: Kiko

When we went to Italy two years ago, I had to stop by Kiko, to buy new make-up. Kiko is one of my favorite affordable make up brands and since this year, they opened a store on Amsterdam Central station. Fortunately I have a new job and I can go there by car, so I don't spend too much money there. Before our last food tour through Amsterdam, Michelle (from Studentenvoer) and I went shopping. Before we headed to the shops in Amsterdam, we stopped at Kiko and I bought some cool stuff.

After spending a lot of time in Sephora when I was in the States, I finally bought this palette. I liked the natural brown in there, but also the purple which goes welll with my eye color. The grey and blacks are perfect for a night out.

EotD + NotD on Queensday 2012

EotD (Eye of the Day): Orange eyeshadow from Inglot, golden loose eyeshadow from Gosh, eyeliner and pencil from Hema, mascara by Maybelline. For my brows I used a dark brown eyeshadow from Inglot.

First OMG Inglot is a beautiful shop on the Van Baerlestraat 8 in Amsterdam. The girls working there were really nice and helpful, I felt comfortable there.

NYC Individual Eyes Smokey Greens

Some weeks ago I bought this pallet by NYC. It's not just eyeshadow, there's also a primer and an illuminator. Fun! Perfect beginner pallet.



It has good pigmentation, I was afraid of some fall out, but it wasn't that bad. The colors blend very well and they stayed on my eyes all day long.



The colors make my green eyes pop.

This pallet is definitely worth buying, it's a low-budget brand, so very affordable. They also have pallets for blue and brown eyes.

Bodyshop make-up evening

Last wednesday Lianne and I went to the Bodyshop make-up evening. There were drinks, cupcakes and we got ourself a mini make over. We also got a goody bag.





It was a fun night! I bought foundation, bodybutter and bodylotion.

Rituals Rose Amber

So some weeks ago I bought the Rituals Rose Amber 4 color eye shadow palette. I loved the natural colors which I can wear on an every day day. I wanted to share this beautiful pigmented eye shadow with you guys:

The eye shadow is packed in a pretty black case with gold shimmers. Fancy!

I've made a quick eyelook with it and I was pretty pleased! I'm thinking of buying the other 4 color eye shadow, the Amethyst collection, next month! That one has purple eye shadows, which goes perfectly with my green eyes!
