What you need:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 eggs
- 6 medjoul dates
- 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (the second time I used banana flavored protein powder, and that tasted pretty good too!
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 handfuls of fruit (or nuts, raisins, cacao nibs, anything really)
First blend the bananas with the dates. Add the oatflour, eggs, baking powder and protein. Blend till smooth. Add the blueberries. Bake at 180C for about 45 minutes.
