Lately I've been really into smoothies. Today I want to share one of my 'recipes' with you. It's perfect to make for your valentine next thursday!
What you need: Orange juice from 4 oranges, 1 banana, a cup of frozen berries (I've used raspberries and blackberries) and a little bit of low fat yoghurt.
Et voila! A nice red smoothie in the middle of winter. Because of the frozen berries the smoothie stays cold for a while. I love drinking this one after a work out!
